okay like i was thinking...there is sooo much we need to pray for in this world....its crazy! but i was wondering maybe one day soon have a prayer meeting...you know i think it would be good.: ) i have never been to one or anything and i just have a sudden feeling that i wanted to go to one...so yea! just let me know what yall think...i love you all very much.

Beautiful Disaster, I just saw this post. By the way, Tony and I are working to get the forum cooking again. Would you still want to do the prayer meeting that you spoke? If so, let us know.

Our home is open. Where would you want to have it and is it YFC teens and the mentors and volunteers or what do you suggest. I believe it would be good to let you come up with some ideas and maybe some of the other girls or teens would have some ideas or we will just do it. What do you suggest.

well i think that some teens are afraid to tell adults, so maybe we should have one for like just a bunch of teens where we can just let things go and talk about it and then just everyone go around and pray. and have like Jenny, Sheria, Andy, and Ben be there since they are close to alot of our age. but you know we don't have to have just one we could have one for everyone, for both adults and teens...like even turn one of the YFC meetings to a prayer meeting because their is never to much prayer and since they will be alot more people there i think it would be good:) and even adults can have one! bt i would just really like to do one cause to me it seems here lately were not asking for prayer request and some people can just be scared to speak up to ask someone for help you know. just let me know what you think:D

I believe that one big problem many adults are having is that they are not listening to the teens concerns and not taking the needs of teenagers serious. Too many adults look at teen problems as kids stuff and not looking at issues that really do burden teens down. I believe adults, parents, church leaders need to wake up and not just look at a teen as just a snot nose kid, but realize they are about to become adults and that many teens are carrying these issues ( that many adults are not taking serious ) right into their adult lives which will affect them as adults in their marriages and in parenting...etc.


I believe adults need to be put on the spot and hear it. Maybe that is the kind of prayer meeting we need. Just a thought. let me know what you think and then we will decide what kind of prayer meeting to have. Better yet, why don't you and I and others if they will, pray about how this prayer meeting should be.

mkay i have decided that...would should do a whole one for like adults and teens. and maybe one day we can have a small one with just teens...but we can talk about that later.:) but i like your idea of getting the adults attention!

we can turn one of the yfc meetings into a prayer meeting...or maybe like the friday after YFC we can have a prayer meeting:) then have it at the YFC center or make it easier and have it at your house idk:) idc(i dont care) its totally up to you!

Why don't we make it with just all of the Small groups coming together in one meeting with the mentors and volunteers. That way those who are not serious will not be disturbing. Let me know and I will start promoting the prayer meeting this week.
