"CORRUPTERS" This word word is used in the King James Version Bible. It is used only two times. Where is it used and how was it used to tell the people of their sinfulness, and how can it be applied today?
P.S. The Hebrew word is shachath (shaw-khath'). It has a mark for the sound over the "a"
to help you pronounce it.

There have been many corrupted view points of the Bible in print today, the book of mormon the karan...etc. These corrupted view points tempt us to believe that the Holy Bible is incorrect. Also we are corrupters we contain alot of errors or mistakes luckly God forgive us of being corrupt.
These 2 verses w/ corrupters in it is this is an I think kinda deal Isaiah and Jeramiah I don't know the verses though hehe I tried

Well to start off I am reading out of the NIV (New Internation Version) and Corrupt means "to go from good to bad, physically or morally." In my own words I believe it means that ones mind has decided to make stupid decisions without seeking Gods approval.
The first spot that I find where corrupters was, was in Isaiah 1:4.
KJV: Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel to anger, they are gone away backward.
Now it reads in NIV: Ah, sinful nation, a people loaded with guilt, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the Lord, they have spurned the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on him.
This passage is talking about the people of Judah. They were sinning greatly and refused to know and understand God. God brought charges against them through Isaiah because they had rebelled and had forsaken the Lord. By their acts they have broken their moral and spirtual covenant with God. By breaking their agreement, they were bringing God's punishment upon themselves. First God gave them posperity, but they didn't serve him. Then God sent them warnings, but they refused to listen. Finally, he would bring the wrath of his judgements.
So applying this to our everyday lives: I would say this is saying that they are giving in to there fleshy wants and desires and completly pushing aside what is really important. We need to become so close, so intimate with God that we can recognize the difference between what our flesh wants and what God wants.
This is all I had time to look up for now.
