Hey everyone, We have talked with some teenagers in the last several month who has issues. One dumped his girl friend and for good reason. Another just seems to hate the whole world and he is satisfied with just hating ( sounds like fun ). Another is afraid he will never get married. One teen says her parents seem to ignore the fact that she exist. Another teen is just down right lonely ( I know how that feels ). Another teen says he just doesn't seem to fit in and has no friends. Another teen says her parents spend so much time fighting that they seem to forget, " Hey you have a daughter, Hello"!
In other words teens have issues. You know what, I have issues too. Sometimes I just need HELP Be vulnerable ( lets share and help each other ( Whoa, that's scary ). I don't mean baby each other, but really flat on our faces and seek God's face.
I really like this guy and he is a real good christian and I think he might be the one but he dosen't like me like that only as a sister. But I have prayed about it and all and I still am convinced that he is the one. I can't get my mind off of him. Is it possible that God just hasn't laid it on his heart or am I just being selfish? I would really like some help here please.

Hey, Nakota, if he is the one then God will bring it too pass at the right time. In the mean time be committed to do the God things in your life, or this kind of thing will drive you crazy. I experienced this when I was a teen. I was deadout, what I thought in love with a girl. She was off and on and that was killing me. I was frustrated , depressed and just had no fun in my later teen years because of this. I wished now I would had focused on good Christian friendships with other teens and trusted God, because after all that misery. Bye the way, you girls just have a way of doing that to the guys. I don't know why God made ya'll that way because it just drives guys into crazy torment. But, anyway, back to " I wished now I would had focused on good Christian friendships with other teens and trusted God, because after all that misery.."
As it turned out, she wasn't the one and God gave me someone better. My wife of almost 27 years and 6 kids.
Pray for this friend of yours. He seem like a great guy. So, pray for him and for now be a Christian friend to him. Wait on God and put a lot of effort into friendship.
OK you guys. I've got it. Teens don't really have issues, they just want you to think they do so they can hopefully keep from taking the trash out or some other something or other.
The truth is, people between the ages of 13 and 19 are not really human. They are extra-terrestrials. So, how can they have issues. Extra-terrestrials don't have issues. By the way, if the word extra-terrestrial is not spelled right, well, I am not the one who spelted it. Is " spelted " spelled right ?
